We are hiring an Enhanced Staff Nurse -Cath Lab for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Permanent / Full-time-37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Know and practise within legal restrictions, especially those set forth by the NMBI.
- Evaluate and update care plans as needed.
- Evaluate personal nursing practice than care standards, and be aware of one's own abilities and competence.
- Participate in quality assurance by helping to detect recurring nursing problems and collaborating on data gathering and problem solving.
- Respond properly to patient/family requests and enquiries.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide direct supervision to other members of the nursing team as needed.
Requirements- Possess a complete registration in the NMBI-maintained Register of Nurses, General Division.
- Evidence of personal and professional development
- Ongoing skills training - related to care necessary for patient caseload
- A minimum of four years post-registration experience.
