Dublin, Ireland Doyle Collection Ltd. Full time

Due to continued growth within the Marketing team, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Manager. The main responsibility is to manage and deliver the digital content strategy for the Doyle Collection websites across our hotels, bars, restaurants, retail and recruitment sites to position the brand, drive engagement and revenue.

This role sits within the Sales & Marketing team, which works to drive customer reach, revenue and reputation: growing and diversify our customer base, generating revenue, and growing awareness of these fantastic brands and experiences. We believe that People Make Places, and it is a great team and lovely bunch of people.

You would be joining at a time of positive change as we are commencing a website redevelopment project which will integrate and modernise our digital presence, position the brand and drive revenue. With a new brand strategy recently developed, your role will be to write, create and commission engaging digital content for multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the content strategy and plan which highlights our unique selling points and captures the experience, working to position the brand, attract and inspire audiences, and drive conversion.
  • Write and develop all the new core, SEO-optimised, editorial and brand content for our newly integrated hotels, bars, restaurants, retail and recruitment sites.
  • Commission beautiful video and storytelling content, working with local teams and inspiring creatives, ensuring a focus on luxury, design, and storytelling.
  • Develop and coordinate a unified content schedule for the Group, repurposing content for various marketing channels, pooling assets, details of key campaigns, promotions, and product launches throughout the year for use across web, CRM, social, etc.
  • Liaise with marketing and wider colleagues across the organization to gather content and news, keeping it fresh and driving traffic, in addition to direct research into news and stories.
  • Act as a brand guardian for the creative positioning of the website and brand tone of voice.
  • Liaise with our web developers to improve and maintain the website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Play a key role in the redevelopment of the website and participate in other digital and/or web projects as required.
  • Ensuring editorial excellence and adherence to SEO best practices, writing in line with the brand tone of voice.
  • Manage the relationship and creation of web content assets with photographers and videographers (both in-house and freelance), including creative briefs, and video/film commissioning.
  • Maximise new product launches and stories and promotional activity, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate to define a consistent language, tone of voice and luxury aesthetic for onsite copy, imagery, videography, marketing, social media, press releases, and other customer-facing communications, ensuring it aligns with our luxury brand ethos.
  • Proof, edit, and approve written text for The Doyle Collection websites.
  • Establish a 'sense-checking' process as part of the content workflow to ensure language and imagery are representative, inclusive, and work towards erasing unconscious bias.
  • Improve SEO through content creation and best practices on existing onsite content.
  • Work with colleagues to optimize user journeys and support development of the personalization of experience, in particular for Members.
  • Use site analytics to inform continuous development and optimization of site content to drive sales and e-commerce performance.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
