Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with the project team to review and obtain necessary sign-offs.
• Adhere to the QA standard operating procedures, contributing to their improvement when needed.
• Accurately capture and document QA artifacts.
• Possess strong skills in interpreting and analysing product requirements and creating or updating test cases.
• Maintain high attention to detail, focusing on delivering quality in all assigned project tasks.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, taking ownership and responsibility throughout the testing and development life cycle.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in product demonstrations and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Show passion, enthusiasm, and creativity in the role.
• Display self-confidence that builds trust with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience working in courier services.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing, such as using Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing, for example using J-Meter.
