We are seeking an ambitious, experienced and on-trend consumer community specialist to take our engagement to the next level. The successful candidate will thrive in a diverse, fast paced company to create, implement and maintain a strong
consumer social presence for our luxury and globally renowned results driven brand portfolio.

This newly created role is responsible for creating and overseeing the deployment of a dynamic content and commercialisation plan, cultivating our paid & organic communities and maximising our social media, digital platform, VIP and influencer ROI to ultimately create stakeholder demand and sales impact.

You will work closely with the Brand, Digital, eCommerce and global teams to refine and implement online marketing strategies across social media accounts, particularly focusing on TikTok for our Revitalash Cosmetics, Déesse PRO Light therapy, and IS Clinical cosmeceuticals brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and TikTok culture, exceptional content creation skills and a proven track record in monetising social media content.

Passion for the beauty, spa, and aesthetics industry, along with strong ownership and organisational skills, is essential.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all target markets and brands aligned closely with PR plans.
  2. Define new avenues for attracting prospective customers and sales opportunities, such as special offers, promotions and competitions.
  3. TikTok Content and Commercialisation:
  4. Create and launch TikTok channels for brand portfolio in alignment with global best practice.
  5. Identify and implement strategies to monetise TikTok content.
  6. Oversee engaging, high-quality and trend-responsive TikTok content plan.
  7. Develop partnerships with brands and influencers to drive commercial opportunities.
  8. Explore TikTok's monetisation tools, including branded content and in-app shopping.
  9. Track and optimise monetisation metrics to maximise revenue.
  10. Content Creation and Management:
  11. Oversee the development of social media assets with Brand teams, eCommerce, best practice, digital and external agencies.
  12. Co-ordinate stimulating content cross social platforms, including blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
  13. Leverage PR, news, clinical findings and celebrity endorsements across platforms.
  14. Use creative approaches to generate viral content and organic PR.
  15. Ensure trade marketing deploy best practice, content and asset packs enhancing their social media presence within their accounts for omni channel consistency.
  16. Collaboration and Networking:
  17. Work closely with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to maximise engagement.
  18. Develop strong relationships with influencers, brand advocates and ambassadors.
  19. Develop an influencer strategy in alignment with PR firms & own the company influencer programme.
  20. Work in collaboration with team to manage and optimise paid social advertising.
  21. Attend and network at industry events to strengthen social media presence.
  22. Partner with other companies and brands to explore new customer reach opportunities.
  23. Manage all paid influencer partnerships.
  24. Community engagement: monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts and co-ordinate cover.
  25. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  26. Track, analyse and report on social media performance including reach, engagement and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
  27. Monitor competitor activity and emerging social media trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  28. Set measurable budgets, campaign goals and track ROI.
  29. Track brand awareness, followers and customer engagement to targeted penetration plan.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok.
  2. Experience in building and delivering a TikTok commercialisation plan.
  3. Proficiency in content creation tools/software (Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp, video editing software, Hootsuite).
  4. Strong videography, editing and photography skills.
  5. Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling skills.
  6. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, monetisation opportunities and best practices.
  7. Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
  8. Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Passionate about the beauty, spa and aesthetics industry.
  11. Energetic, self-motivated, and creative thinker.
  12. Strong team working, collaboration and networking skills.
  13. Ability to think strategically and creatively under pressure.
