The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand & Marketing Communications Manager to help manage and scale HelloFresh Ireland. You will be part of a small team and will play a leading role in building our brand through marketing communication (mostly copy creation, content creation, messaging, organic social, PR). You will also be in charge of creating and adapting marketing and product campaigns to aid the growth of brand awareness in the Irish market.Reporting into the Head of Marketing for Ireland, you will work closely with the local Ireland team, as well as the global brand and PR teams, and the International HelloFresh Group organization for operational, tech, and business support functions.

The role is limited to 12 months contract
What you'll do
Actively contribute to building our three strategic pillars: Brand Communication (PR, content including organic social), Product Marketing, and Brand Storytelling. Structure messaging and develop communication plans for campaigns. This includes positioning, benefit, and sustainability messages that apply to all marketing channels, applying a local Irish lens – from advertising banners to organic social media posts. You will work very closely with the local Irish growth team, our Berlin-based International Brand, Marketing Communication, and Content teams, which will provide guidance in these areas. Develop communication materials together with channel specialists across all communication channels including advertising copy, copy for CRM, print assets, and other consumer communication. Lead the ATL channel for Ireland, working closely with the International brand team to book media, and partner with agencies to create assets that drive brand awareness. Create, adapt, and localise a wide variety of consumer-facing and internal content, ensuring excellent copywriting across all touchpoints including website, organic social, app, marketing materials and in-box. Work closely with the international expert teams to ensure 360° communication messaging and work on brand initiatives. Plan and execute 360° brand campaigns across key brand channels (including organic social media, PR, and brand influencers) Adopt an entrepreneurial and hand-ons mindset for a new team, following our "no task is too small" approach. Manage our organic social media platforms, including developing the strategy, brainstorming and briefing content, posting content, and reporting on performance. Oversee local consumer PR including the management of the appointed PR agencies on a day-to-day basis, including briefing, setting objectives, reviewing PR outputs and working in partnership to develop plans and campaigns to engage media and generate outcomes, including analysing market trends and consumer insights to inform high-level brand initiatives and strategies. Develop and execute Brand Partnerships/sponsorships to drive category awareness and ultimately customer acquisition. Support Product Marketing campaigns, including maintaining the product marketing calendar, supporting seasonal campaigns and adopting local supplier marketing relationships for co-branded activityWhat you'll bring
Minimum 5 years experience in a communications or PR manager role, ideally in the areas of food or tech. Hands-on experience project-managing an initiative from start to finish, and the ability to deal with a large variety of international stakeholders. Achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk. Learn from failures as well as successes. Experience in and understanding of copy development process for marketing purposes within a global organisation An ability to achieve goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to understand and develop strategies. Experience in structuring and writing comprehensive documents as well as writing for performance marketing assets. Experience with workflow tools (such as Jira or Confluence) is a plus. Great communication skills paired with strong business acumen. Know how to manage and report into multiple stakeholders, even under time pressure. Highly organized and structured in your approach to work.What we offer
