Experienced Insurances Sales Executive – CIP

Location: Kildare

Type: Permanent

Salary: up to 50K p/a + bonus + car allowance

Are you passionate about sales and customer service in the commercial sector? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can achieve and exceed targets while contributing to a successful team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Location: Naas (you will have external meetings with clients)

Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 + car allowance + lucrative bonus

What You'll Do:

  1. Achieve sales targets for new and renewal business.
  2. Drive revenue growth through direct selling and efficient account management.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Continuously improve your sales techniques, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
  5. Stay updated on all the products and compliance requirements.
  6. Collaborate with Life and Pension Financial Advisors.
  7. Prioritize customer interests and ensure professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  1. CIP qualification
  2. Proven track record in sales
  3. Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking skills.
  4. A full, clean driving license.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
