As a Product Owner, you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and continuous improvement of technical products, ensuring alignment with both the business product and Technology Roadmaps. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value and meet market demands. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in presenting our products to external clients, gathering their feedback, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Hours: Full-time position, Monday – Friday with standard working hours

Location: Dublin and Letterkenny, Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities

Product Management: Manage the entire tech product lifecycle from design through launch and beyondDevelop and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business/customer requirements and business goalsWork with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirementsWrite user stories and acceptance criteriaManage feature and user story backlog (groom features and user stories, prioritize features and user stories)Lead daily stand-up meetingLead SCRUM agile ceremonies for the team (story and feature acceptance, sprint planning, progress tracking, sprint retrospective) Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the Technology team and business stakeholdersGather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisionsCommunicate progress and challenges to stakeholders at regular intervalsSupport client demos and engagement efforts to showcase product capabilities, address client needs, and foster strong relationships Agile and Process Improvement: Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the tech product teamFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-upsMonitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into product developmentOversee the resolution of technical and customer-facing issuesLead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases to ensure functionality, performance, and alignment with business requirements Post-Deployment Support and Customer Success: Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including deployment, post-live support, and operational supportLead Customer Support, Operations, and Services post-deployment and go-liveDesign, lead, and execute a best-in-class onboarding strategy to ensure customer success and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Product management, preferably in a technical fieldExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, data analyst, business SMEs and agile engineering teamsProficiency in Agile methodologies and product management toolsAbility to analyze complex data and make informed decisionsUnderstanding of software development processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience collaborating with external clients, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful solutions that meet their needs and drive business successSkilled in developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, strengthen brand identity, and foster client loyaltyAbility to define and deliver product roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, presenting and interpersonal skills
