Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Coach at ActionCOACH Business Coaching Ireland. The Business Coach will be responsible for providing business development and client acquisition, professional 1-to-1 business coaching, conducting executive coaching sessions, delivering sales training, and developing business plans. They will also be involved in team training, customer service training, recruitment, and DiSC profiling.

We offer you a tailor-made career opportunity, starting as a Business Coach Associate, with the possibility of progressing to Partner of a firm, if that is your ambition.

Qualifications

  • Business Coaching and Coaching skills
  • Business Development and client prospecting
  • Business Planning and Consulting skills
  • Training expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in business management or leadership roles
  • Certification in business coaching or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of business strategies and planning
  • Degree in Business/Economics, Management, Engineering or similar field
  • We would prefer candidates with an MBA and experience in team leadership
  • Proficiency in English
