As Fundraising Officer, you will join one of Ireland's leading charity foundations to develop and manage generation initiatives on a full time / permanent basis in their head office located in Lucan.Your new role :
As Fundraising Officer, you will be required too:
Developing and executing effective fundraising appeals and campaigns based on sound fundraising and marketing principles.Managing donor recruitment, retention, and development.Collaborating with internal stakeholders (including nursing, communications, and advocacy) to create compelling cases for individual giving campaigns.Coordinating with third-party suppliers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project rollouts.Proficiency in MS Dynamics and donor record management.Targeting individuals appropriately and reporting campaign results with recommendations for growth.Implementing supporter loyalty programs and providing professional support to individual donors.Staying informed about direct and digital fundraising and understanding GDPR legislation.What you'll need to succeed :
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a fundraising team required ideally including Individual Giving, face-to-face, print and digital marketing. Skills in using CRM systems are required, ideally, experience with MS Dynamics is desirable. Knowledge of Legacy and Tax Campaigns is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excelrequired. The ability to work to set targets and deadlines is expected. A high level of attention to detail is expected. A full, clean driving licence is desirable.
