Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with customers to promptly resolve issues and enhance user experience. Develop utilities to streamline platform maintenance and reduce manual tasks. Manage day-to-day operations of the Network as a Service product, including DevOps tasks, infrastructure changes, and hands-on duties. Utilize tools such as Chef, Jenkins, and Terraform to configure and manage system infrastructure efficiently. Partner with external vendors to address platform requirements and untangle complex technical issues. Maintain system support run books and represent the team in the construction of new data centers.

The ideal candidate is:

Proficient in navigating Linux command line interface and adept at problem-solving. Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow, with a keen interest in building software engineering skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies, including pipelines and version control systems. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Go, and capable of producing high-quality technical documentation. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations within a tech platform environment.
