Due to continued expansion, we require a Site Engineer for a role based in Longford.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the accurate setting out, monitoring and coordinating of works on site to deliver the project objectives including the areas of H&S, Technical and Design, Information Management and Quality.
  2. Daily liaison with the project team, design team and subcontractors.
  3. Monitoring and recording of materials, plant, and logistics.
  4. Implementing QA procedures, concrete pre/post pour checks, RFI’s and resolving technical issues.
  5. Record keeping and reporting.
  6. Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site.

Specific Requirements

  1. Relevant Third level Degree.
  2. 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role.
  3. Previous Main Contractor experience.
  4. Previous project experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects (Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Distribution, Warehouse).
  5. Proficient in the use of GPS, robotic total station and levelling equipment is essential.
  6. Excellent IT skills – knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft.
