IT Business Analyst - 3-4 years experience required

My Dublin based client is a large corporate firm and they are looking for an IT Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and is eager to join a firm with great career progression. WFH options are in place along with a hybrid work model. They are very flexible and the role is 2/3 days on site and 2/3 days from home.

Job Responsibilities

  1. You will play an important role in workshops and gain and sustain trust of key business and technology stakeholders.
  2. Work alongside a dynamic team of developers and have good industry implementation background.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
  4. Must have good Agile/Scrum skills and experience.
  5. Experience of IS systems, processes and change is highly desirable.
  6. Creative and critical thinker.

Experience Required

  1. 3-4 years experience as a Business Analyst.
  2. Strong presentation skills are essential.
  3. Ability to manage and engage at all levels of stakeholder management.
  4. Previous consultancy experience.
  5. Works closely with Lead solution architects to ensure that the solution proposed meets the requirements and the anticipated benefits, including compliance to statutory and company policies and procedures.
  6. Get up and go attitude with a passion for learning and implementing new concepts.
  7. Leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members.

Educational Requirements

  1. Third level degree in relevant field.
  2. Any certifications nice to have.
