About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Put the customer first and consider their needs in everything you do.
  • Develop a rapport with customers and serve them with pride.
  • Ensure products and services are available for customers at all times.
  • Treat all products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach the customer in the best condition.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back areas.
  • Follow department routines and processes using the training provided.
  • Adhere to company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • You may be asked to support your colleagues by helping in other departments.
Your Skills and Qualities
  • Provide excellent customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging, and assisting customers.
  • Work hard for customers, your team, and your department.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure everything is done correctly for our customers.
  • Be adaptable and resilient to meet the changing demands of our business.
  • Follow instructions both verbally and in writing.
  • Be reliable and a good timekeeper.
  • Avoid compromising appearance and maintain a smart and tidy standard at all times.
