Job Description:

Since reopening five years ago, our team's efforts have been recognised again and again with numerous prestigious awards such as being named the No.1 Resort in the world in Condé Nast Traveler Readers Choice Award, Hotel of the Year at the Virtuoso 'Best of the Best' awards and being awarded the highly coveted 'Five-Star' rating by Forbes Travel Guide.

As well as this, The Oak Room Restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2020, an accolade it has maintained to this day whilst The Golf Course at Adare Manor was named as the host venue for the prestigious 2027 Ryder Cup.

We are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Drawing Room team. This role is a Full Time Position.

Overlooking the formal gardens, flooded with natural daylight, radiating warmth and exquisite style, The Drawing Room is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude. The Drawing Room is open from 8am, where guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5pm, and sip a flute of champagne or enjoy a cocktail created by our expert Mixologist at any time of the day.

We are looking for candidates with a great personality, who relate well to people and are guest-centred. He/she must have excellent food & beverage knowledge, and previous experience within a similar environment is desirable.
