In this role, you will have the opportunity to install and service our state-of-the-art water softeners and filtration systems, working closely with our clients to meet their hydration needs. • Install, maintain, and service water treatment systems in various residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines during installation and service procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in water treatment technologies.

Requirements

• Newly qualified in plumbing or a related field.
• Strong interest in water treatment systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
