Position Summary:

To achieve the personal objectives set down by Clinique and to contribute to the success of the account. To promote and maintain Clinique's image and reputation to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the counter manager.
  2. Be proactive in ways to increase sales opportunities and service standards.
  3. Identify features and benefits of products providing consumers with relevant information.
  4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.
  5. Provide personalized service to our customers in order to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date awareness of new stock, best sellers, out of stock categories and layouts.
  7. Act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards.
  8. Take personal responsibility and ownership for development.
  9. Understand the company culture and promote the Brand image at all times.
  10. Complete self-learning of e-learning/onboarding modules as set out by counter manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
  2. Passion for Clinique Brand.
  3. Ability to learn quickly and compliant in nature.
  4. Ability to hold an engaging conversation.
  5. Possess and act upon initiative.
  6. Effective communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
  7. Ability to work independently, under pressure and self-motivated.
  8. Ability to work Travel Retail hours including 4am starts, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  9. Previous experience in retail.
  10. Previous management experience within similar roles.
  11. Applicants must have an in-date passport to work in the airport.
  12. To obtain an airside pass, you must be able to provide a checkable 5 years work/education history and have a satisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority and CRC check.
  13. Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
