About Your New Job

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, installing, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, extraction units, and motors across the site.

  • You will work closely with the site facilities department, ensuring the operation and maintenance of various utility systems and production equipment.
  • Your core duties will include performing preventive maintenance tasks, testing and adjusting electrical equipment, responding to breakdowns, and providing engineering support to production.
  • You will also manage site work orders on a CMMS, carry out instrument calibrations, and maintain site documentation in line with client requirements.
  • This role requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to manage ad hoc tasks as needed.

What Skills You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation craft and experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with commissioning and validation processes is an advantage.
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment and a current working knowledge of site and industry standards regarding Good Engineering Practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with strong verbal and interpersonal skills, capable of working under your own initiative.
  • Technical writing skills and an understanding of technical documentation.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
