Recruitment Manager at Primtac Personnel LTDOur client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Freight Forwarder to join their Operations Department. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing the transportation of goods worldwide, handling all aspects of quoting, forwarding, customs, and third-party interactions.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute efficient shipping routes for international cargo.
- Prepare and manage documentation for customs, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Utilize company technology platforms to maintain efficient processes.
- Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements (AEO, ISO).
- Provide excellent customer service, including regular updates on shipment progress.
- Assist in business development and customer retention efforts.
- Arrange cargo insurance and handle claims when necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in freight forwarding.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- High energy and positive attitude.
