What the Quality Assurance Auditor Role Involves:

  • Monitoring and auditing Critical Control Points (CCPs), including checks and records
  • Auditing prerequisite systems and control procedures as part of the site QMS
  • Conducting internal audits of products and processes to ensure compliance and continuously improve according to industry best practices
  • Analyzing site information trends and utilizing them for improvements
  • Implementing corrective actions when non-conformances or out-of-spec results occur
  • Driving quality and process improvements by collaborating with other departments and suppliers
  • Providing coaching, training, and education to factory personnel on food safety and quality systems
