Job Title: Project Engineer – Fill Finish Facility
Overview:
- Project Engineer responsible for a range of projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure the successful delivery of capital projects meeting Safety, Quality, and Schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project activities to meet Safety, Schedule, and Quality targets.
- Manage project delivery through the Capital Project Management Process.
- Develop, report, and oversee project deliverables.
- Supervise third-party contractors and external partners to ensure project success in terms of safety, cost, and quality.
- Promote a safety culture within the project team.
- Ensure project compliance with site and corporate regulatory guidelines.
- Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, status updates, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Provide solutions to complex project issues and challenges.
- Oversee projects from concept to operation.
- Assist in the introduction and troubleshooting of new equipment.
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contribute to investigations.
- Champion safety practices and ensure environmental compliance.
- Supervise contingent workers including construction managers and laborers.
- Present projects to senior leadership for review and approval.
- Travel may be required for project support.
Education / Experience:
- Technical qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Architectural & Engineering (A&E) or Biopharmaceutical capital projects preferred.
- Knowledge of safety, GMP, and environmental regulations.
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
- Technical report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
