About the Role:
As a Frontend Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will collaborate with a skilled team to develop and maintain the user interface for the GenAI Hub. Your role will involve delivering a top-notch user experience that empowers our internal users to utilize Generative AI effectively in safeguarding our clients from sophisticated adversaries.

CrowdStrike has been at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) since introducing AI-powered protection over a decade ago, and we have since deeply integrated it throughout our platform.
You will be part of the newly established GenAI Platform team, tasked with facilitating extensive adoption of Generative AI company-wide. Your work will involve constructing a robust and intuitive platform used by various professionals to tackle fresh challenges in Large Language Models (LLM) space. One notable customer utilizing this platform is Charlotte AI, a groundbreaking offering that empowers users of all skill levels to tap into Falcon Platform data, streamlining security operations while cutting costs.Learn more about Charlotte AI:- Hands-on building single-page applications utilizing React or equivalent modern frameworks
- Apply technical expertise to guide team decisions on engineering, product direction, and design
- Take initiative to develop tools enhancing your team's development experience
- Write automated tests for your code
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and more
- Continuously learn about the evolving challenges in the cybersecurity industry
- Enjoy tackling complex problems
What You'll Need:
- A solid grasp of JavaScript and experience in building web application interfaces with modern frameworks such as Ember, React, Angular, or Vue
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS, including working with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, PostCSS) and frameworks like Tailwind CSS
- Experience with testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies like QUnit or Mocha
- Knowledge and interest in developing truly accessible interfaces
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems and workflows
- A willingness to collaborate closely with others to deliver quality software and solve problems
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with client-side build processes and tools (e.g., Ember CLI, Webpack, etc.)
- Experience in the GenAI/LLM space
- Hands-on involvement in open-source projects
- Experience with graphics and visualization tools such as D3
- Proficiency in UI performance measurement and optimization
- Experience with web accessibility testing and support
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
- Prior experience in cybersecurity
- Prior experience in building enterprise SaaS
