Reporting to: Training and Quality Assurance Lead

As QA & Training Analyst, you will ensure the highest standards of training and service quality across customer-facing and back-office teams. Your role involves conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions, as well as designing and delivering training programs.

About the Role

Quality

  • Lead the calibration process for customer operations quality standards
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits
  • Generate quality reports to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and meet business needs
  • Design and maintain Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers
  • Implement and enhance Quality Systems for optimal quality standards

Training

  • Design and deliver training materials for induction, new products, and changes
  • Maintain training records and propose further training for compliance
  • Collaborate on training needs assessments with Quality Assurance

General

  • Ensure quality execution of processes through audits and coaching
  • Educate internal teams on compliance with standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

About You

  • Proven experience in training & quality
  • Third-level degree in business or related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
