De Privacy Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de beleidslijnen voor de producten van onze klanten door verzoeken onder Europese wetgeving te analyseren van advocaten en particulieren, door privacy verzoeken te beoordelen en te verwerken. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van privacy verzoeken van gebruikers voor verschillende workflows, volgens de richtlijnen van de klant, waardoor je weloverwogen beslissingen kunt nemen. Je moet een verlangen hebben naar kennis vergaren , een onberispelijk oordeel vellen en je comfortabel voelen in een snel veranderende, dynamische omgeving.
  • Beoordelen en verwerken van inkomende privacy verzoeken via online tools;
  • De geldigheid van elk verzoek evalueren in lijn met de beleidslijnen van onze klanten;
  • Voortdurend uzelf educeren over wijzigingen in beleid en protocollen met de ondersteuning van onze Training en Kwaliteitsafdelingen;
  • nauw samenwerken met de beleids specialisten van onze klant om gevallen en regelgevende vragen aan te pakken met behulp van het respons kader van de klant;
  • Een hoog niveau van kwaliteit handhaven in elk geval dat u beoordeelt;
  • Wekelijkse productiviteit doelstellingen behalen als onderdeel van de dagelijkse workflow;
  • Effectief samenwerken met teamleden aan verschillende projecten om de interne efficiëntie en effectiviteit te verbeteren;
  • Vaardigheden ontwikkelen op verschillende gebieden, waaronder gegevens, tools en kwaliteitsbeoordeling;
  • U kunt van tijd tot tijd worden gevraagd om verschillende workflows/producten/markten te ondersteunen, afhankelijk van de zakelijke behoefte;
  • Hoewel u primair de markt en workflow zult ondersteunen waarvoor u bent aangenomen, kan het zijn dat u ook de Engelse markt moet ondersteunen. Er zullen ook vereisten zijn om andere markten en workflows te ondersteunen met behulp van de Vertaaltool als gevolg van veranderingen in de bedrijfsvoering en/of volume fluctuaties.

Vereisten
  • Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend en goed Engels (B2);
  • Minimaal MBO Diploma;
  • Bereidheid om 40 uur in shifts te werken;
  • Dat je een VOG aanvraagt en deelt met de werkgever;
  • Jij minimaal een jaar in Dublin wilt wonen en werken;
  • 15 dagen training volgen (betaald).
