We are looking for enthusiastic Full Stack Engineers to join the Workvivo product team. If you enjoy challenges and share our passion for creating outstanding software, this role is for you. Join our successful, fast-paced engineering team and be part of developing high-quality features.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, scalable, and secure user interface features and backend services for the Workvivo product using React, React Native, and Laravel, hosted with AWS.
  • Architect and implement efficient, modular, and reusable front-end and back-end systems.
  • Identify, implement, and manage code libraries to minimize repetitive code and enhance application design.
  • Support and modify real-time feeds and APIs for timely data rendering.
  • Utilize code optimization techniques to improve software solution robustness and performance.
  • Engage in design discussions, code reviews, and analysis.
  • Propose best practices and standards.
  • Continuously enhance front-end design and implementation processes for improved quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Customer Success Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver user-facing products.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Professional full-stack software development experience of 5+ years.
  • Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with application frameworks, preferably with Laravel, React, and React Native.
  • Solid understanding of OO-programming, unit testing, design patterns, and web application design principles.
  • Experience with hosted web applications/SaaS.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and engage in feature design discussions and planning.
  • Good knowledge of database design, performance, and SQL.
  • Proficient in versioning tools.
  • Optional: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Optional: Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Optional: Understanding of secure coding best practices, OWASP guidelines.
  • Optional: Experience with React Native mobile development.
