Job Summary:

The IT Business Analyst / Developer will play a key role in identifying and implementing software requirements by developing and maintaining core business applications and databases.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be responsible for the continued maintenance and support of core business applications, including property and financial systems
  • Identify software requirements by analyzing user needs and leveraging computer expertise
  • Evaluate gathered information, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and develop software solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and databases, adhering to IT department standards
  • Test software operation, update guidelines, and procedures as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in software development/business analysis
  • Proficiency in Software Design, Debugging, Development Fundamentals, Documentation, and Testing
  • Knowledge of Database design, development, and enhancement with MS SQL Server DBMS
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET, VBscript, VBA, and HTML
  • Familiarity with B.I reporting tools and user acceptance testing
  • Background in Project Management is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities
