About The Role
As a Data Scientist, your focus includes designing efficient drug pricing strategies in provider networks. This involves financial analysis, pricing modeling, and reporting to meet client and pharmacy contract commitments. Your input will make a tangible difference within a supportive environment typical of a Fortune 6 leader.

Primary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with fellow data scientists on pricing model implementations, covering data preparation, analysis, modeling, and performance tracking
- Aid in managing client and pharmacy performance through pricing updates
- Responsible for in-house analytics maintenance and management
- Generate reports and deliver insights to different internal stakeholders
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline business operations
- Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend data context and business needs

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in analytical roles such as business analysis, data science, and data analytics
- Proficient in Python for developing production-level code
- Experience in predictive modeling, forecasting, and deriving insights from data
- Ability to monitor data quality and create data validations
- Skilled in SQL programming for efficient querying across multiple tables
- Competence in database management and data visualization for informed decision-making
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical capabilities
- Experience in building and managing ETL pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with Python data science and engineering libraries
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Ability to plan and oversee multiple processes, projects, and people concurrently
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
