M+E Quantity Surveyor Dublin
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing tenders, analyzing, selecting appropriate subcontractors, negotiating and finalizing subcontractor orders, financial and commercial management of subcontractors to Final Account completion.
- Managing and reporting forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, and supporting site records and document control.
- Collaborating with and commercially influencing/challenging site management teams while maintaining and safeguarding commercial and contractual rights.
- Managing and overseeing Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors, reviewing and taking responsibility for their work, and approving SMM/measurement issues.
You will have:
- 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in M&E Projects, preferably Data centers
- A relevant 3rd level qualification
- 1+ years' experience in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
