Responsibilities of a *Staff Nurse:

  • Work alongside the multidisciplinary team including healthcare assistants and clinical nurse managers ensuring effective communication while demonstrating commitment to our client's core values.
  • Ensuring a high standard of care is always maintained.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between the residents and their families.
  • Supervising and teaching more junior staff.
  • Communicating with residents and family of each resident.

Requirements of a *Nurse:

  • Active NMBI Pin.
  • Relevant experience within the Irish healthcare system.
  • High levels of communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
  • A qualification in Gerontology is desirable but not essential.
