Recruitment Resourcer - Remote or Office Based - Must Be Located in Ireland

Kepak Group is a top global food company, specializing in meat and food products. We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This role can be fully remote or Hybrid with 2/3 office days per week in our Blanchardstown office. As a Recruitment Resourcing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment processes by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and administrative tasks.

Role Purpose: You will be crucial in sourcing, coordinating, and managing candidate interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the wider recruitment/HR teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Reports to: Group Recruitment Manager

Base Location: Remote or Hybrid with 2/3 days per week in our Blanchardstown office

Role Travel Requirements: There may be some limited travel anticipated with the role

What to Expect in This Role?

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Fully utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, ATS database (Workable), social media, networking events, and industry connections to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct proactive candidate searches to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities across the business
  • Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to assess suitability
  • Build a candidate pipeline via proactive and direct sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS
  • Maintain communications with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Recruitment Process Support:

  • Assist hiring managers in creating job descriptions and posting roles
  • Collaborate on data-driven decisions for candidate selection, considering technical skills and cultural alignment while staying aligned with DE&I objectives

Reporting:

  • Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and reports in the ATS (Workable)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of Kepak's recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices across all business areas
  • Engage in Recruitment-related project work as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a dedicated resourcing or recruitment role, ideally in the Food, FMCG, or similar industries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems, with Workable experience as a bonus
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
