TJ O' Mahony Paving & Decking Centre, located at Lower Ballymount Road, Ballymount, D12 PK81, and a division of HPC Sales Ltd., Irelands' top Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a full-time, Permanent, Retail Salesperson to join the Team.

Purpose: Showcase and explain the product range to customers, offering product knowledge and suggesting suitable options for their needs. Boost sales through customer engagement and effective selling techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers.
• Provide assistance and accurate information on products, pricing, and services.
• Address customer queries.
• Ensure product displays are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Sales Team.
• Drive sales through customer interaction and product knowledge.
• Handle sales documentation and transactions.
• Manage financial transactions and payments.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster customer relationships.
• Inform customers about promotions and new products.
• Stay updated on the latest product offerings.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Paving & Decking retail sales.
• Familiarity with stock management.
• Goal-oriented with experience in a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attentive to customer requirements and adaptable to business needs.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and engaging demeanor.
