This company offers complete solutions to clients from their growing manufacturing site in Dublin. In line with this growth, they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • This position will report to the Head of Engineering and oversee a team of manufacturing engineers.
  • The main focus will be to optimize equipment and manufacturing processes to support the operational expansion.
  • Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing practices and effective management of equipment's Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Develop and lead the team of manufacturing engineers to ensure peak performance.
  • Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Experience Required:

  • Ideal candidate holds a technical degree with 5-7 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in lean manufacturing or operational excellence is highly valued.
  • Background in Electronic or Automotive manufacturing is a definite plus.
