An opportunity has arisen within the Compliance department for a Senior Regulatory Specialist (Pensions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key stakeholder within the Davy Compliance team providing regulatory and compliance input and advice to key forums within the firm
  • Advice and support to the firm regarding its regulatory obligations
  • Advice on Pensions law and/or Sustainability regulations
  • Identify, assess, monitor and report on emerging regulations at European and national level.
  • Provide accurate, consistent and timely advice to the business on an ongoing basis, including; responding to ad hoc queries; providing inputs to projects; advising on new products and business proposals; contributing to policy documents; and providing training as appropriate.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on regulatory matters ranging from inspections to day to day queries.
  • Compliance with Risk and Compliance frameworks
  • 3rd level Degree in relevant discipline
  • Have knowledge of key legislative/regulatory requirements
  • A confident approach and an ability to communicate with a range of people including regulators, external advisors and senior management within the business;
  • Able to self-motivate and work to own deadlines
  • Knowledge on Pensions law and/or Sustainability regulations is preferable
