Keelings Graduate Programme

Our tailored programme is designed to equip high-performing graduates with the skills necessary to thrive in the FMCG industry and advance their careers with Keelings. Key Responsibilities:Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Quality team with technical projects.
  • Communicate effectively with QA Manager/Technical Manager to grasp all quality functions.
  • Adhere to best practices to meet Customer Quality Service Level and Delivered Service Level targets. Undertake general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support internal audits and ensure necessary measures are in place. Help in report preparation. Provide technical support to ensure product quality and safety from suppliers to customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal contacts. Represent the company according to its values while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in maintaining internal systems and processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key department metrics. Update customer portals regularly.
Skills & Knowledge

Essential:

  • Hold a minimum grade 2.2 in Food Science or related field at level 8 or 9.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Own transportation required for a role primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin.
  • Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety standards.
