Finance/Operations Business Support Lead

The Finance/Operations Business Support Lead provides complete support service to the Financial Controller, ensuring all business systems are up-to-date and operational. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role involves escalating complaints to the Financial Controller, assisting in team performance, and delivering top-notch support services to internal customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate system updates impacting front office usage to the company
  • Liaise with Global and local Service Desk for system changes
  • Attend meetings with Global support for global service ticket management
  • Collaborate with Global support team
  • Tasks related to Integration with partnering organizations
  • Responsible for release prioritization in POS/AX
  • Act as first point of contact for POS issues
  • Offer support with patient refunds
  • Handle commission queries through support desk
  • Provide AX training to new starters
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute proactively to team development
  • Assist with project-based work for process improvements
  • Cross functional training as required
  • Execute duties as assigned by superior
Work Experience and Skills Required
