What are we looking for you to do? The company is expanding at a rapid rate and to continue to propel our growth we need an enthusiastic Business Growth Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes using technology to connect with customers and partners.

This role will see you working across international teams at any one time, so we need someone who is up to the challenge.

What will I be doing on a day to day basis? As a Tax Manager, you will:

  • Direct and indirect tax compliance in Ireland and other European countries;
  • Maintain an understanding of the company's business developments, investments, activities and business strategies and identify tax benefit opportunities.
  • Provide tax support and advice to the company's routine activities, including conducting tax impact analysis for digital services in Ireland and regionally.
  • Provide tax support and advice to the company's treasury activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant business units to ensure timely communications regarding any transactions that may have tax consequences and tax planning opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with external advisors to ensure a clear understanding of the business operations and timely support on key projects.
What skills do we believe you will need in order to be successful in this role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics or tax law or relevant equivalent; technology, mathematics, sciences industry experiences are desired years' experience in tax compliance and advisory work.
Experience in a Big Four tax practice and/or a leading multinational preferred;
  • Professionally qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent, with CTA/ADIT or equivalent preferred; Proven knowledge and experience of Irish tax law.
Working experience of other European countries' tax laws is desirable.
  • Strong team player and excellent influencing skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; Ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment and strong process orientation; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Other European languages would be an advantage;
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
