Key Accountabilities

  • Lead by example to consistently achieve and surpass personal sales goals and KPI's
  • Create brand awareness by sharing strong product knowledge
  • Proactively book appointments and maximize every consultation
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; building the customer database for future marketing opportunities
  • Inspire the team with exceptional artistry; offer on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail Artists
  • Show expertise in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language, and product knowledge
  • Organize masterclasses and in-store events, ensuring full appointment bookings
  • Provide active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; share ideas
  • Demonstrate impeccable grooming standards, reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines
