UX Copywriter

We're seeking a UX Copywriter to join our talented Safer Gambling Tribe Design team. We handle designing, testing, and maintaining safer gambling experiences for various brands in the UK & Ireland, such as Sky Bet, Paddy Power, Betfair, and Tombola.

• Take ownership of UX copy from discovery to delivery on projects.
• Collaborate with Design, UX Research, and Product teams to create content for digital products.
• Maintain an efficient copy delivery process and ensure consistency within brand guidelines.
• Engage with legal & compliance teams to review product content regularly.
• Participate actively in UX Research sessions to understand customer voice and needs better.

• Demonstrated experience as a UX Copywriter in digital product settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adjust tone of voice for different customer journeys.
• Experience in interpreting customer feedback through user research.
• Submission of portfolio links as part of the application.
