We seek an experienced Principal Software Engineering Manager to join the Customer Experience (CX) / Support Experience Group (SXG). Together, we are developing next-gen applications on Azure that integrate Dynamics 365, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services to provide valuable, complete, and predictive application scenarios across various devices. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, we work closely with partners and customers to drive innovation. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading software development teams.
  • Over 10 years of experience in building and deploying production software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated customer empathy and a drive for learning.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and work as part of a team.
  • Experience managing large projects across teams.
  • Proficiency in product development lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with services and cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Past involvement in building web applications and modern web technologies.
