As a Practice Lead focused on AI, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions within our organisation and for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning AI solutions to meet those needs effectively. This role requires a blend of product management experience, technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Specifically, we see your time is spent:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and internal teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating project progress and outcomes.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other technical specialists to design, develop, and implement AI solutions that address business needs.

Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions within the organisation or client environment.

Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to promote understanding and utilisation of AI systems effectively

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of AI solutions.

Monitor and analyse project performance data, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What will pique our interest is someone that might have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in Product and project management, preferably in AI or technology-related projects.

Strong understanding of AI concepts, methodologies, and technologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing demands effectively.

Product management certification is a plus.

Experience with agile methodologies is desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
