Immediate long term contract requirement for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record supporting ERP Finance System transformation projects.

Role –

You will liaise with and participate on a project team with agile development processes and will require strong collaboration and communication. You will act as the intermediary between Finance and ICT stakeholders and my clients third-party system implementor. You will be required to manage the BA team for this implementation.

· You will report to the Product Lead and will work closely with the Finance SMEs.

· Support the Product Owner, and the Finance SMEs in providing the third-party developer / implementor with the information and data that they need to configure and test the system in a timely and efficient manner.

· Contribute to the design and rollout of Finance business processes aligned with Financial best practice.

· Lead and coordinate drawing up of test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps, assisting with their development, execution of test plans and recording of results.

· Lead and coordinate in ensuring the smooth transition to new functions/processes that are identified during project phases working closely with system end users.

· Lead and coordinate the documenting of system problems and resolutions for future reference.

· Develop and maintain system support standards and procedures and other documentation as required e.g., system troubleshooting guides / how to manuals.

· Collaborate closely with developers and Finance SMEs throughout the project lifecycle.

· Lead and coordinate with developing the training materials that will support all end users to facilitate the change from the existing Finance system to the new.

Skills required –

· At least 5-7 years delivery experience working as a Business Analyst supporting ERP Finance System transformant projects and mapping business processes with agile project methodology.

· Experience in using a Finance ERP system with experience of Microsoft Business Central Finance system being an advantage.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

· Experience in leading in documenting test plans, executing tests and recording results.

· Experience working with third party suppliers and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

· Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps for project tracking and test execution.

· Experience in managing teams, leading and coordinating the work of other Business Analysts.

· Competent in MS 365.
