We are looking for a Creative Web Lead for a top-tier global web and digital marketing agency, recognised for its innovative solutions delivering measurable results.

Specialising in web design, digital advertising, and strategic branding, they are now hiring a seasoned Creative Web Lead to elevate their creative team and offerings.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a digital agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of designers to develop cutting-edge creative solutions for websites, digital marketing campaigns, and branding projects with a highly analytical mindset. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, SEO experts, digital marketers, digital performance and project managers to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling digital experiences. Lead client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's digital capabilities and strategic approach to creative problem-solving. Oversee the development and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, UX/UI design, CRO best practices, and web development, and integrate them into the agency's creative processes. Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in achieving their digital marketing objectives. Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated history of effectively leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding digital creative solutions for the web. Profound comprehension of digital marketing trends encompassing social media, SEO, content marketing, performance advertising, UX/UI, CRO, and Analytics. Exceptional leadership abilities enabling the motivation and empowerment of team members to attain their maximum potential. Confident in leading client pitches and presentations, equipped with strong communication and presentation proficiencies. Possesses a strategic mindset capable of critically analysing client objectives and digital marketing strategies. Fosters a creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, driven by a fervor for pushing the boundaries of digital design and storytelling. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, adept at cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, driven by a desire to remain at the forefront of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
