A glimpse of your potential peer group:

  • Are you a postgraduate in Computer Science, Software Development, or Software Engineering with over 10 years of experience in a fast-paced consulting environment? Do you possess excellent writing and communication skills, and can apply your technical expertise to assist companies in preparing R&D tax credit claims?
  • Have you demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing business growth strategies, resource management, and consistently delivering projects of high quality, on time, and within budget?
  • Are you skilled in effective communication and proficient in influencing team members, clients, and other stakeholders? Can you confidently present in public, influence professionally, and manage diverse stakeholder groups?
  • Do you excel in analyzing situations and determining optimal courses of action? Can you handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage conflicting requirements efficiently?
  • Are you experienced in overseeing team members' work and have a proven track record in managing and cultivating a high-performing team?
  • Do you have the ability to comprehend and fulfill clients' needs with exceptional influencing skills?
  • Will you be reporting directly to a Partner level?

Your responsibilities and accomplishments will evolve as you progress in your career with us. Here's a glimpse of what you can anticipate:

  • Lead a team of technical consultants to deliver top-notch solutions meeting client needs in the R&D tax credit realm.
  • Assume accountability for client deliverables supporting R&D tax credit claims by our clients.
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the R&D tax credit related services provided.
  • Spearhead business development initiatives, including proposal crafting, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Efficiently manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management within clients' organizations.
  • Identify genuine process improvement opportunities within the R&D Incentives Practice.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior and senior staff within the R&D Incentives Practice.
  • Analyze data, derive insights to facilitate decision-making, and present reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on trends and best practices.

Your team:

Since 2004, our R&D incentives practice has been a frontrunner in this specialized field. Collaborating with multinational and domestic companies in sectors such as electronics, life sciences, ICT, and manufacturing, we aid them in claiming R&D incentives, primarily the R&D tax credit, for their R&D investments in Ireland.

Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds including science, engineering, computer science, tax, and finance. Together, we harness our cross-disciplinary skills to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients. This role entails managing members of the software engineering technical team.
