The Business:

ADI's Multimarket power business is seeking individuals to join its team in developing integrated power solutions. With a focus on sustainable growth and innovation, this role offers a chance to contribute to a motivated engineering team on a global scale.

The Team:

The Industrial Power Systems Design team at ADI is dedicated to enhancing the current product portfolio by introducing new smart control features and digital configurability to existing analog solutions.

Follows the Requirements for the Position:
  • Advanced knowledge of circuit theory and analog design
  • Experience in High Voltage analog design
  • Strong grasp of semiconductor physics
  • Ability to oversee the entire device development process
  • Expertise in creating test benches for analog mixed signal systems
  • Ensuring design robustness
  • Lab evaluation of silicon and hardware design
  • Collaboration with digital designers for system level needs
  • Conducting design reviews and maintaining proper documentation
  • Effective communication of project statuses to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:

• BSEE with 8 years of relevant experience OR MSEE with 5 years

• Demonstrated leadership in integrated designs

• Global travel flexibility (up to 10% of the time)

• Design experience with integrated DC-DC switching power

  • Good communication and mentorship skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Design experience in power IC and protection IC devices

• Proficiency in Cadence analog design environment

• Experience with automotive-specific design and behavioural modeling

Knowledge of software tools for design approaches like Simplis, Simulink, and MatlabWhy You Will Like Working At ADI:
