Job Description

What you can expect in this role:

As the VP of Alliance & Channel Ecosystem, you will oversee and lead the EMEA team responsible for managing all partners within the ecosystem. This position holds direct responsibility for determining team coverage, aligning territories to support strategic goals, driving pipeline growth and execution, and meeting practice capacity and quality objectives.

  • Reporting to the SVP of Global Alliances & Channel, your role involves supervising the Leaders of the EMEA ACE region and indirectly guiding their respective teams.
  • You will be accountable for executing global and regional sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Define sales targets through rigorous operations and activities such as forecasting. Manage regional weekly and quarterly sales operational needs.
  • Create strategic business goals for regions/territories based on stakeholder input. Predict sales volume, new revenue, and profits for current and new accounts.
  • Closely collaborate with local and regional sales leaders for successful outcomes.
  • Implement sales initiatives and partner programs in the EMEA region that are aligned with a global framework while being adaptable to local markets.
  • Oversee a consulting & implementation partner ecosystem to drive high-quality delivery and support customer demand within the region.
  • Manage EMEA resources indirectly within a leveraged model to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Enhance ACE EMEA reach through an educational approach and enablement via presentations and partner meetings.
  • Establish thought leadership by enhancing professional, industry, and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies, which can be replicated within our partner ecosystem.
  • Engage with CXO level partners locally and globally to identify business opportunities and evaluate partners' expertise and reputation in the industry.
  • Utilize resources to coordinate campaign selling and enablement. Lead events to drive awareness, enablement, Partner Investment, and demand.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in field sales, working with Global System Integrators, Advisory Firms, Solution, and/or implementation partners at the EMEA level.
  • Must have 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Hands-on experience in partner ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in strategic alternative routes to market and enterprise indirect selling.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to guide others as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed environments with direct and indirect reporting lines.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving team goals and growth objectives.

The successful candidate should have a background in both direct and partner sales.
