We are collaborating with a prominent consultancy specializing in transformations, working with a key player in the Aviation industry in Ireland. We seek a professional to oversee the Customer Communications program for the business.

Expectations for the role:

  • Lead the CRM initiative, devising a strategy to boost customer engagement with the loyalty program and oversee the marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with teams on the ongoing Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Innovate ways to engage customers, enhance NPS scores, and elevate customer satisfaction and program engagement.
  • Develop and execute effective direct customer communication programs, requiring expertise in loyalty, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, as well as a thorough grasp of customer journeys and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including the parent company and international entities.

Preferred qualifications:

Experienced marketers with a strong project management orientation.

A background of at least 8 years in a role focusing on loyalty programs, encompassing marcomms strategy, customer data, Salesforce CRM, campaign strategy, and NPS scores.

Emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty marketing plans.

Prior exposure to external communications.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.

A proactive individual ready to drive progress, with a keen understanding of leveraging data for actionable insights.

Familiarity with customer behavior and modern marketing tools.
