Position: Senior Bar Staff

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time

Location: The Gallops Pub, Leopardstown

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day bar operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, ranging from cocktails to non-alcoholic options.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Engage with patrons, take orders, and offer suggestions.
• Assist in managing stock, restocking, and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to legal and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
• Sound knowledge of beverages and cocktail crafting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask and work effectively.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to set a good example.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high standards.
• Flexibility in working schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
