Your Team:

The Performance Marketing Exec is part of the dynamic Brand Performance team, responsible for enhancing brand awareness and engagement through various channels such as Search, Social, and Display. Be a key player in driving consumer communication and ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's objectives.

Role Purpose:

As a Performance Marketing Exec, you will manage digital advertising and brand campaigns across Digital Display and Social channels. Take charge of campaign development, tracking performance, and optimizing strategies to meet commercial goals.

Essence of Role – Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tactical briefs and execute design approaches
  • Support 360 campaign briefs for Social and Digital channels
  • Coordinate campaign messaging and creative execution
  • Drive efficiency and performance across Display & Social activities
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and campaign analytics
  • Evaluate creative content against market trends
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
  • 1-2 years' experience in Brand/Digital Performance roles
  • Background in Display and/or Social Advertising
  • Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Analytics platforms
  • Google or similar Display certification
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Passion for storytelling and understanding of UX and graphic design
  • Interest in digital trends and platforms
  • Experience in data-driven campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
