How will you create an impact in this role?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead requirements gathering for projects within the Standard Commercial Underwriting Platform (SCUP). Key responsibilities and capabilities include:

  • - Producing business/system process flows and defining low-level requirements for SCUP components
  • - Leading workshops with Business Subject Matter Experts across regions to elicit requirements
  • - Driving consensus on requirements by facilitating meetings with various stakeholders
  • - Transforming business requirements into detailed system requirements
  • - Documenting requirements for clarity and prioritization
  • - Collaborating with IT architects and development teams to explain requirements
  • - Channeling business input to solution design
  • - Conducting business demos for senior leadership
  • - Building effective relationships with partners and project teams

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • - 3+ years of full life cycle experience in a similar position
  • - Experience in defining Product Frameworks
  • - Previous experience in General Insurance
  • - Advantageous to have worked in an International environment
  • - Process and workflow improvement experience is a plus
