We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to collaborate with customers on product innovation to help scale the business. This role will focus on the EMEA region, including unplanned work requested by customers and key goals identified by engagement partners within Customer Growth.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong product management background and experience leading medium to large projects are required.
The role of Sr. PM-T involves leading engagement on high-impact projects, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints. You should be able to break down large projects into manageable pieces and deliver them successfully and timely.
Essential qualities for success in this role include maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership. You will represent the voice of the customer to internal product managers.
This position will collaborate with key customers for Operations and support a continuous planning methodology to deliver products.
We are considering candidates to work in Dublin, Ireland.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
