Jo Malone in Brown Thomas Grafton Street Dublin is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

At Jo Malone London, it's all about bringing the brand's generosity to life in our boutiques through top-notch customer service. We value fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness. In this role, you'll be at the center of attention, welcoming visitors from all over the world and presenting The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, colleagues, corporate clients, and media contacts. Our day-to-day is filled with creativity, from signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting memorable wedding consultations. Our range of services and events, from floral crown crafting to graffiti art, chocolate tasting, and cocktail masterclasses, are the talk of the town.

The main focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to each customer and achieve service goals. Other duties include maintaining the store environment, operations, assisting with opening/closing the Boutique, and housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will understand their individual sales and service goals.

  • Demonstrated leadership in achieving sales and service goals with a team
  • Experience in organizing and running in-store events
  • Flexible to work varied hours in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Must have the right to live and work in the country
